Why cant i download sims 3 on my pc

I already installed some of it because my computer messed up, so im downloading it from purchase history, but theres a couple of things i just bought.

If you're playing on disc not through Origin your game won't update past version 1. Put your game disc into your drive, and follow the instructions on-screen. You do not need to install your expansions and Stuff Packs in any special order if you are installing them through Origin. Run CCleaner. Make sure that your UAC is enabled and set to notify.
